Our in-house watch authentication and insurance appraisal team has been performing insurance appraisal/authenticity certificates for customers at our Pasadena, California main offices since 2008.
A bi-fold, gold-leaf embossed Insurance Appraisal & Certificate of Authenticity document costs $120 and takes 30 minutes to an 1 hour to perform. Drop off in-person or request an insured FedEx label.

WHY GET APPRAISED?
Most insurance companies require a current insurance appraisal to add your watch to a new or existing insurance policy. But, whether or not you intend to get your watch insured — which you absolutely should — every watch acquisition should be followed by a trip to an appraiser to verify the authenticity of your watch, its movement, and all of its components while there’s still time to return it for a refund (if necessary).

How much will this cost?
Our Insurance Appraisal & Certificate of Authenticity process is $120. If you need to ship your watch, the cost with roundtrip insured FedEx will be $190. Shipping insurance coverage caps out at $10,000.
