Add Customer

Manually Entered Customer
This checkbox provides information about who is filling out the form. If it is unchecked, which is the default, then a customer is filling out the form. If it is checked, then it is being filled out by a TWBG employee. The check value is passed to the form via the short code parameters on the "Customer Form" WordPress page. The form is always hidden via the 'd_none' class in the "Appearance" tab.
