Free Estimate
We provide a free, no-obligation estimate before performing any repairs. Just like with the engine of a car, boat, airplane, routine replacement of common-wear, high-friction parts is essential to keep your Rolex running smoothly. These parts are not included in the $699 base service price. If you choose not to move forward with the repair, your watch can be picked up or shipped back to you at no cost.

Free Shipping
Not Local? No Problem. The majority of the Rolex watches we service are shipped to us from across the United States. Simply complete our Service Request form, and a member of our team will generate a prepaid, fully insured FedEx Express shipping label for you—making it easy and secure to send your watch in for service, no matter where you’re located.
Full Overhaul
A full overhaul involves the complete disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication of your watch’s movement. The typical Rolex movement contains over 100 individual components, each precisely engineered to work in perfect harmony. These tiny parts operate continuously—day after day, year after year—to ensure your watch keeps accurate time. Regular overhauls are essential to maintaining the performance and longevity of your Rolex.

Factory Refinish
Every Rolex watch repair includes a complimentary factory-style refinish to restore the original look of your timepiece. Our experts carefully restore all surface finishes—whether high-polished, brushed, bead-blasted, or satin—bringing your watch back to the appearance it had when it was brand new.
2-Year Warranty
Wear your Rolex with confidence—every full service comes with a 24-month warranty covering functionality and timekeeping accuracy to Rolex specifications. If your watch needs attention during the warranty period, even the shipping is on us. Warranty repairs include free, insured shipping both ways.

Our Team
Since servicing our first Rolex in 2008, we’ve built a team of CW-21 certified watchmakers we’re truly proud of. Watchmaking is both an art and a science—part engineer, part artist. It takes decades of experience, precision, and passion to master the craft. We’d confidently put our watchmakers up against the best in the world.
It’s not just any Rolex. It’s your Rolex.
Over the years, and even decades, your Rolex becomes more than a watch. It becomes part of your life, your memories, your story. Servicing it requires more than just technical skill; it demands the steady hand and delicate touch of a true craftsman. Whether you’re located here in Southern California or anywhere across the United States, we’d be honored to play a part in your watch’s journey.

Rolex Watch Repair FAQs
Will this cost more than $699?
Yes—or at least, it’s very likely. The engine of your watch, known as the movement, contains around 100 intricate components including gears, pinions, springs, and jewels. Much like the engine of a car, boat, or airplane, it requires more than just routine lubrication to reduce friction and heat. Over time, high-friction and high-tension parts wear down and need to be replaced—similar to how your car needs not only oil changes but also new tires, brakes, or spark plugs. These replacement parts are not included in the $699 base service price, which is why we always provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate before beginning any repair.
What Is the Average Repair Total?
The Short Answer:
Most watches require 2 to 3 replacement parts, with commonly replaced components ranging from $40 to $70 each.
The Better Answer:
The number of parts your watch may need depends on several factors:
[A] Your wearing habits—how hard you are on the watch
[B] How long it’s been since your last service
[C] Who performed the last service and whether they had access to the proper Rolex tools, parts, lubricants, and technical documentation
The Real Answer:
As frustrating as it may be, there’s no accurate way to predict what your watch will need—or what it will cost—without first having one of our expert watchmakers inspect and test the movement. That’s why we offer free, no-obligation estimates and complimentary insured shipping. Once we’ve examined your watch, we’ll give you all the information you need to make the best decision for you and your Rolex. If you decline our estimate, you can pick it up at our office or have it shipped back to you free of charge.
Are you an “Authorized” Rolex Repair Location?
No—and to suggest otherwise would be misleading. Rolex does not grant “authorized” status to any independent company. Some businesses use terms like “authorized,” “certified,” or “official” to imply a connection to Rolex, but the truth is that Rolex only services watches at its own facilities.
We are a wholly independent service provider. That independence allows us to set our own prices, policies, and warranty terms—often offering more flexibility and faster turnaround than factory service. If you’re specifically looking to have your watch serviced by Rolex, most U.S. customers will need to send it to their official service center in Dallas. You can reach them directly at (833) 765-3900.
Are your watchmakers certified?
Absolutely. Every one of our watchmakers holds at least a CW21 certification (Certified Watchmaker of the 21st Century), ensuring they meet rigorous industry standards for skill and professionalism. Several members of our team also hold advanced certifications from WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program), reflecting their expertise in servicing high-end Swiss timepieces like Rolex.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of the repair, our current backlog, and how long it takes to receive the necessary parts. However, it’s important to understand that turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of the repair, our current backlog, and how long it takes to receive the necessary parts. We cannot guarantee a specific completion date. Watchmaking is a precise craft that simply can’t be rushed. If speed—or low cost—is your top priority when choosing a repair facility, we respectfully recommend exploring other options. Our focus is on doing the job right, not fast. Thank you for understanding.
