Why should this matter to you? Each member of our buying team has undergone fingerprinting and background checks and the serial number and a description of every watch we purchase are uploaded to a Department of Justice-run database. Prior to being listed on this website, all watches have gone through a state-mandated holding period. Purchasing from a DOJ-licensed buyer protects you from making the mistake of buying a watch that was involved in a theft.

All watches also come with an Insurance Appraisal and Certificate of Authenticity with your name on it performed at the point of purchase by one of our in-house, NAJA-certified watch appraisers. Insurance providers often require an insurance appraisal to add a watch to a new or existing insurance policy.

BANK WIRE: For the best price, select Pay by Bank Wire. From the shopping cart, you will place a $100 deposit. The watch will then be marked as RESERVED preventing its purchase by others and allowing you 72 hours to pay the balance via bank wire. The $100 deposit is non-refundable but it is applied to the purchase price of the watch. So a $5,000 watch for which a $100 deposit has been made, has a balance due by bank wire of $4,900. After submitting the $100 deposit, you’ll receive a receipt by email that includes all of our bank wire details.

CREDIT CARD: For those preferring payment by credit card, the fees charged by our merchant processor (around 3%), as well as the fee we pay to a 3rd party payment verification company (around 1%), have been added so that the net sale price of this watch remains the same regardless of your preferred payment method.

PREOWNED TIMEPIECES: The purchase of any Preowned watch can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price for up to 14 days from the date of delivery and/or in store pickup. The returned watch, as well as any of its included accessories, must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping to be provided by and paid for the purchaser.

NEW TIMEPIECES: The sale of any Brand New or Unworn watch is final, no returns are accepted.

FREE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: The purchase of any item valued at less than $10,000 will ship via FedEx 2Day Air. The purchase of any item over $10,000 will ship FedEx NextDay Air. Per insurance requirements, packages valued at over $10,000 can’t be shipped over the weekend so any orders exceeding this amount for which payment is received and verified after 2:00 PM on a Thursday will be shipped out the following Monday. An adult signature is required for delivery.

$150 FLAT-RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship DHL Express which can arrive in as little as 2 business days, however, this is greatly determined by how quickly the package clears customs. You will be expected to pay any/all duties/taxes at the point of entry into your country before the package is released to you. Taxes vary by country, region, and address, so we won’t be able to provide you with an accurate estimate of your total tax liability, rather, you should research this for yourself in advance of any purchase.
