Do you have a parts account?
No. Breitling doesn’t issue parts account to companies. They issue parts account to watchmakers. And yes, our watchmakers have parts accounts.
What’s the turnaround time for repairing Breitling watches?
Most Breitling watch repairs are completed within 6 to 12 weeks from the date you approve the repair estimate, though it can take longer in some cases. The biggest variable is how long it takes to receive the necessary parts, which may have limited availability and we can only order after your approval. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and always aim to return your watch as promptly as possible without compromising on quality.
Can you service any Breitling watch?
No, not all Breitling watches can be serviced. Breitling has a long history, and some of their earlier parts suppliers are no longer in business, making certain vintage models difficult or impossible to repair. Likewise, a few of Breitling’s newest movements have parts that are not yet available to independent service centers, even those with official parts accounts. If your Breitling is particularly old or very new, contact us to confirm whether we can service it. We’re happy to check and provide guidance before you send your watch in.
